All new products sold by Five Star Computers comes with a limited one-year warranty, (Except CPU and Memory Products. Please refer to “Warranty Limitations” for details). Five Star Computers warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the invoice date. This warranty is only provided to the original Purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases. Any Five Star Computers product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or better component or a credit will be issued at an amount equal to current market price or last invoice purchase price - whichever is less. Five Star Computers makes no warranty as to the merchantability, fitness or application of the products.

Five Star Computers offers a standard ONE YEAR warranty. For products that carry more than one year warranty by manufacturers, the RMA must be handled directly by the manufacturer.

All refurbished or used products carry 30 days warranty.

You must first obtain a return materials authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any products to Five Star Computers. Each return must come with an authorized RMA number and a copy of the invoice of the item(s) being returned. Contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA number.
